These Terms govern your use of the ASMR Automations website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the site for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site explains our services, lets you request a discovery call, provides free training, and may let you join a workshop waitlist. Site content is general information. It is not legal, financial, employment, security, or other professional advice.

A discovery call, email, form submission, or waitlist entry does not create a client relationship. A client engagement begins only when the relevant parties sign a separate agreement.

When you request a discovery call, you agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information. You authorize us and our service providers to send messages needed to arrange the call, including a calendar invitation and changes to the meeting.

You can cancel or reschedule using the information in the invitation or by contacting us.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the free training for your own work or internal learning. You may not sell, republish, distribute, scrape, or create a competing training product from the materials without our written permission.

The training reflects our judgment when published. Tools and platform features can change, so you should check current product documentation and review outputs before relying on them.

Joining a waitlist does not reserve a seat or require you to buy a workshop. We may contact you about the workshop you selected and related scheduling.

When workshop registration opens, the registration page will state the date, price, included materials, cancellation and transfer rules, and any other purchase terms. Those checkout terms will apply to that registration.

The site and its original text, graphics, training materials, branding, and code are owned by ASMR Automations or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

ASMR Automations and its logos are our marks. Other product and company names belong to their respective owners. References to ChatGPT and Claude describe the platforms our work supports and do not imply endorsement.

You may not use the site to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the site's operation or security, submit malicious code, gain unauthorized access, or collect information from the site through automated means in a way that burdens or harms the service.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, other users, or our rights.

The site may link to or use services run by other companies, including scheduling, email, hosting, analytics, and AI platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular result.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, ASMR Automations and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to ASMR Automations and your use of the site. Client engagements remain governed by the separate agreement signed for that work. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the site or our services change. The revised version will appear here with a new effective date. Continued use after the change means you accept the revised Terms.
