Enabling AIfor everyone.

We help people and teams turn ChatGPT and Claude into practical, repeatable ways of working.

AI is available. Its impact is mixed.

A few confident users find ways to make it useful. Others are left to figure out where AI fits, what context to provide, and when to trust the result. The result is inconsistent use, uneven quality, and recurring work that still happens the same way.

Without role-specific guidance and shared ways of working, AI never becomes a reliable part of everyday work.

That's the gap we close.

The value of AI isn't having access to it.It's what people can do with it every day.

We turn uneven AI use into practical, repeatable ways of working that people and teams can use and improve together.

It starts with the work people already do, not with the tool.

How we help

We start by understanding the work and where AI can genuinely help. Then we help your people apply ChatGPT or Claude to real tasks, with the right context, hands-on guidance, and clear ways to check the output. We leave behind ways of working your team can keep using, share, and improve.

Find the work that matters

In a two-week AI Opportunity Assessment we sit with the people who do the work and find where AI can genuinely help. You leave with an AI Action Plan we build with you: which workflows come first, what implementation needs, and how success will be measured. And that we can execute together.

Build it into the way you work

Over four weeks we deliver the plan: the agreed workflows built in ChatGPT or Claude and tested on your real work. Your people are trained on them, an owner inside your team is ready to carry them, and measurement is running before we hand over.

Keep it working

Everyone knows who checks what, what needs a person's sign-off, and who owns each workflow, so the team can use AI on real work without guesswork. After handover we review the results with you. When you want continued help, we also offer ongoing advisory support.

The assessment fee is credited toward implementation when you continue with us. And if we can't find a responsible, measurable, commercially viable path within the two weeks, we refund the assessment.

What changes

Every team starts somewhere different. Here's what changes once company context and a shared way of working are built in.

Time and capacity
Today

A proposal starts from a blank page every time, and someone rebuilds the same sections from the last one they can find.

After

The team starts from the company's own approved material, so the first draft takes minutes and the time goes into the parts that need judgment.

Quality and rework
Today

Each person briefs the tool differently and gets a different quality of answer, so drafts come back for a second and third round.

After

Shared instructions carry the context the work needs, so first drafts are closer to right and reviews are about substance.

Consistency
Today

One confident person gets good results, and when they're away the method goes with them.

After

The method lives in shared projects and instructions anyone on the team can pick up.

Confidence and continued use
Today

People try it once, get something generic, and quietly stop using it.

After

People know which tasks to bring, what to give it, and how to check the answer, so it becomes part of how they work.

Control and ownership
Today

Nobody is sure what's allowed, what's been shared, or who checks the output.

After

Sign-offs, permissions, and an owner are agreed, so the team can use AI on real work without guessing.

Who we work with

Companies working in ChatGPT or Claude, with a team whose recurring work matters and someone who owns the outcome. The kind of work where time, rework, delays, quality, capacity, customer experience, or risk are being felt today.

You don't need to know which workflow to start with. You don't need tidy documentation, a chosen platform, or an implementation budget lined up. Finding the right starting point is part of the assessment.

If you're an individual, or a team that wants hands-on training with ChatGPT or Claude, our workshops are built for you.

Live workshops

A workshop is a live, hands-on session on ChatGPT or Claude with one defined outcome. You leave with something built, the materials to rebuild it, and a clear way to keep going on your own.

Free training: start with one real task

Six short lessons, three for ChatGPT and three for Claude. Each one is a single task you can finish in one sitting on your own work: set up and write your first useful instruction, give it your context with files and projects, and check and correct what it gives you. Enter your email and all six are yours.
