The AI Opportunity Assessment
Before you invest in building with AI, it's important to understand where it can help your team and what it will take to make it work.
Over two weeks, we work with the people doing the work to understand recurring tasks, delays, repeated effort and quality issues. Together, we identify where ChatGPT or Claude could help and select the workflows worth pursuing.
What we do together
- Walk through real work with your team.
- Evaluate potential workflows for value, feasibility, risk and readiness.
- Prioritize two or three workflows and define what success would look like.
- Identify the information, tools, permissions and training needed to move forward.
What you receive
An AI Action Plan we build with you: the recommended workflows, what each requires, how results will be measured and the delivery sequence.
We walk you through the plan in a live readout, answer questions and agree on the next steps.
The assessment fee is credited toward implementation when you continue with us.
Build it into the way you work
Delivering your AI Action Plan
Over four weeks, we turn the agreed priorities in your AI Action Plan into working workflows using ChatGPT or Claude, typically focusing on up to two workflows within one team or function.
We build and test them with your people, train the team to use them, and put the instructions, ownership and checks in place to support everyday use.

What happens after delivery
We review the results with you after handover: what people are using, what the agreed measures show and what needs attention. The timing reflects how long the workflows need to demonstrate their effect.

Questions before we get started
Do we need to know which workflow to start with?
No. Bring us a team or area of the business with recurring work you want to improve. During the AI Opportunity Assessment, we explore that work together, evaluate where AI could help and prioritize the workflows worth pursuing.
Do you need access to our systems?
Not always. Interviews, guided walkthroughs, screen sharing and representative examples may give us what we need for the assessment. Where direct access is necessary, we agree the permissions and safeguards with you and involve your IT or security contact as appropriate.
Who from our team needs to participate?
We usually work with someone accountable for the outcome, the team or function leader, and a few people who do the work. An internal champion helps support continued use, and IT or security joins where needed. One person may fill more than one role.
Will you recommend ChatGPT or Claude?
We work with both. The recommendation depends on the workflows, your existing tools, the information involved and what your team needs to use AI effectively. We explain the choice as part of your AI Action Plan.
How long before we see results?
The assessment takes two weeks and produces your AI Action Plan. If you continue with us, the following four-week delivery puts the agreed workflows, training, ownership and measurement in place.
Business results depend on the work and how consistently the team uses what we build. We agree how to measure progress and review the results with you after handover.
