Who we are
ASMR Automations AI, LLC ("ASMR Automations," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides AI workshops, assessments, implementation, and advisory services.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we use it, and the choices available to you. It does not replace the privacy terms in a signed client agreement where those terms apply.
Information we collect
Information you give us
We collect the details you enter when you book a discovery call, join a workshop waitlist, start the free training, or contact us. Depending on the form, this can include your name, work email, company name or website, workshop preferences, approximate team size, preferred timing, and what you would like help with.
Booking information
When you choose a meeting time, we also collect the selected date, time, and time zone so we can create the meeting and send a calendar invitation.
Website activity
We use Google Analytics 4 to record page views, approximate location, device and browser information, referral information, UTM campaign parameters, CTA clicks, booking completion, waitlist submissions, and free-training starts. Optional analytics remains off unless you accept it through the site's privacy controls.
Browser storage
The site may store a functional access flag and your privacy choices in your browser so lessons stay unlocked and your preferences are remembered on that device. The rebuilt site will not store your name or email in browser storage.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to questions and discovery-call requests;
- schedule meetings and send calendar or email confirmations;
- deliver the free training and workshop updates you request;
- understand which pages and campaigns lead to useful actions;
- operate, protect, and improve the website and our services; and
- meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of advertising or analytics technology changes the meaning of "sale" or "sharing" under an applicable law, we will update this policy and provide any required choice before that use begins.
When we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you. We use Netlify to host the site; Google Calendar to check availability and create meeting invitations; Gmail to send requested messages; Google Sheets to store free-training and workshop-waitlist submissions; and Google Analytics 4 to measure website use after any required consent.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. Service providers may use information only to perform services for us, subject to their own legal duties and our agreements with them.
Cookies and tracking
Functional browser storage remembers lesson access and privacy choices. It is not used for advertising. The rebuilt site will store only the access state and related timestamp, not the name or email entered in a form.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may set first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google lists a default expiration of two years, although browser limits or our configuration may shorten it. We will configure user-level and event-level analytics retention to 14 months.
In the UK and EEA, optional analytics will remain off until you consent. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time. The finished site will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to keep optional analytics off where applicable. Because browsers do not apply one consistent Do Not Track standard, the site will use its privacy controls rather than interpret that signal.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose described here, for our legitimate business records, or to meet a legal obligation. We periodically review these records and delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message or contact us directly. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Some requests may be limited by law or by records we must keep.
If UK data protection law applies, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object to processing, receive certain information in a portable format, and withdraw consent. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.
Canada and international use
We are based in the United States and may provide services to people and businesses in Canada and other countries. Information submitted through the site may be processed in the United States or in other places where our service providers operate. It may therefore be subject to the laws of those places.
For people in Canada
We remain responsible for personal information under our control when a service provider processes it for us. You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent where the law permits. You may also ask a question or make a complaint about our privacy practices by contacting our Privacy Lead at admin@asmr-automations.com.
UK and EEA
The United Kingdom and the European Economic Area have additional privacy requirements. The EEA consists of the European Union countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. We are not treating either region as an initial launch market. Before we deliberately market there or begin a client engagement that brings the relevant law into scope, we will review the applicable requirements and add any required local representative or transfer information.
Children
The website and our services are intended for businesses and working professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website, our services, or the law changes. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will give any notice required by law.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to admin@asmr-automations.com.
