Why we exist

AI reached every desk. Value didn't. In most teams a few confident people get a lot out of ChatGPT or Claude, and everyone else is left guessing where it fits, what to give it, and whether to trust what comes back. Meanwhile the recurring work happens the way it always has.

We started ASMR Automations to close that gap, by working with the people who do the work. Not with a tool demo, and not with a strategy deck, but at the desk, on the actual task, until the team has a way of working it can keep.

What we believe

The value of AI is what people accomplish with it every day.

Access is the easy part.

Start with the work, not the tool.

We find the recurring work that matters first, then decide what AI should do about it.

Measure what changes.

A metric and a baseline before we build, and results tracked honestly afterwards.

Leave people able to carry on.

The point is a way of working your team owns, shares, and improves after we've gone.

Be honest about fit.

If we can't find a viable path in the assessment, we say so and refund it.

The founders

Suhayl Meghji

Product, solutions, and delivery.

Suhayl turns messy operational reality into working systems: he runs the discovery, designs the workflows, builds them, and hands them over to the team that will own them.

Angad Rekhi

Commercial and go-to-market.

Angad comes in curious: he wants to know how the business really works and where the manual work is hiding, then maps the future state with the team that will live in it.

Who we work with

Companies working in ChatGPT or Claude, one function at a time. And individuals and teams who want hands-on training, through our workshops and free lessons.

How we work

Find the work that matters, in a two-week assessment. Build it into the way you work, over four weeks of delivery. Keep it working, with clear ownership, results reviews, and ongoing advisory support when you want it.
